AGM & Open Discussion Meeting
We look forward to welcoming all residents of the Southfields Triangle to our forthcoming AGM and open discussion meeting on the evening of Tuesday 17th October at St. Michael’s Church, from 7.45pm.
Officers and committee members will stand for re-election and new members will also be elected. If you are interested in becoming part of the committee working on a voluntary basis to improve this great place that we live in then please contact Gill Habershon, acting chair. Nominations for new committee members should be received by 9th October 2017 and please feel free to nominate by emailing our secretary Hilary Taylor at Hilaryatsouthfields@gmail.com
During the evening we will host an open discussion forum which will provide local residents an opportunity to meet our councillors and committee members informally and put any questions you may have to them. We have invited our local councillors as well as our local MP Justine Greening.
This is a great opportunity to meet other residents within the Triangle and to find out more about your local residents association, we really hope that you can attend and we look forward to welcoming you.
